Cultivate Your Career is an annual event held in the Bay of Plenty  which is coordinated by NZKGI and Priority One as part of its mission to attract, develop and inspire young people within the Bay of Plenty’s horticulture industry. The event aims to showcase horticultural businesses and industry professionals to secondary school students, opening them to the range of opportunities available in the industry and the skills they will need to transition into horticulture employment. In 2024, the event will be held on Wednesday, 25 September at Mercury Bay Park.
